Mobile Not Working

Hi,

NT 8.71
Clarion 10

Just launched an update for my app.  On the previous app mobile was just fine on IPad etc.
Now for some reason it won't bring up the app on the new version.  All the settings are the same.  I have done nothing to modify the app for mobile.  Those that use it put up with the scale for now.

Any ideas?  Or need more info?

Hi Brian,

While you may not have made changes on your side, it's possible things changed on the iPad side? Like an update of the OS there?
Can you also describe a bit what you mean by the "app not coming up"? Does it not connect to the server?

I have experienced the same with Ipad and iphone - it turned out that safari in private mode blockers some code. try turnoff private browsing safari
