SecWin with NetTalk Webserver
« on: August 05, 2014, 10:04:02 AM »
I assume people are having good luck using SecWin to manage logins for their NetTalk Webserver apps?

I am trying to do use the "Workgroup" column to store my user ID and it is not giving consistent results.  Sometimes it saves, sometimes not.

I also would like to manage it all from a PC app instead of on the web. I have tried this as well and it is very frustrating.

Hi Brad,

it will be very difficult, and as you say likely frustrating, to manage it from a desktop app. You're much better off managing it through the same interface as you are trying to protect.

I think the best way to approach this is with an example. I can't duplicate it here, but it's possible you are doing it a different way, so examining an example is probably the best way to go.

cheers
