One of the example apps has a text box that is marked XHTML, but I'm missing how to get the HTML formatting buttons, like bold, italic, and color, to appear above it. What do I need to do to make these controls appear?

In the WebServer procedure,
WebServer extension
Settings Tab
Scripts tab
tick on "include HTML editor".
