Connection reset problem in new deployment

A client is having an unusual problem deploying the beta version of our nettalk application.   They immediately get a server connection reset error when they call the application from the browser (tried both IE and Firefox).  The same error you get if you resume execution of a server side procedure after a debugger pause.   They are using IIS on port 80 so have set the nettalk app port 88 and the port is open (or they would get an unable to connect message).  At this stage they are simply trying to connect with localhost.

If anyone has an insight into this issue it would be really appreciated.
