Title: Web maps - MapQuest provider

On web76 example, I change provider to MapQuest, enter Appkey for provider, but on screen, the map is empty. Is MapQuest as provider works in Nettalk maps?

the Open Tiles from MapQuest were discontinued in July 2016, so for now use another provider.
It appears that there is a way to continue using MapQuest with an API key, but I have not implemented that yet.

Is there any other provider with OpenSTreetMap tiles?
