Title: Can we GET info from google calendar?

Hallo!

With the of NetTalk10 can we GET info from google calendar?
I have a client that using google calendar and want to sync events with my app.

It's hard to do this?

Hi Robert,

I don't know if it's hard or not - I haven't tried,
But NT10 comes with an OAuth example of connecting to Google services, so I'm guessing it's just an API call to get the calendar.

Hi Robert,

I did it ages ago and the Google API was pretty tidy. The most difficult part back then was doing OAuth manually, but from memory it was OAuth2.0 which is miles easier than OAuth1.0.

Someone here probably has more recent experience.

Hi Bill,

yeah, the OAuth 2 part is built-in now so that's gone from hard to trivial.
