Title: Date Lookup Button - Question Mark outside button

Hi Bruce

My date lookup buttons now have the question mark icon showing outside the button itself.  See DateLookupCapture.PNG attached.   I am sure this is CSS issue but after spending a while inspecting the element in Firebug I don't have a clue how to fix it.   The position of the question mark starts to show up in the Hot Dates example but not as badly.  Screen shot attached.
