Title: 5 horizontal buttons on a form

Hi,
I have 5 horizontal buttons on a form in one row, evenly spaced without an image.
Each  button has  4 letters of text on it 

if I add an image (*.PNG) to the buttons 60 by 80,  and vary the last in cell and last on line settings,
I can achieve variations of groups of 3 buttons on one line and 2 on the next etc.
OR even 3 together, space of approx one button width and then the last 2

Im wanting to have the 5 evenly spaced across the form each  including an image ?

How please?
