Title: Save button not visible in 10.08 webform mobile mode

Hi all!

recompiled my webserver with version 10.0x (4?) and the login form worke3d as expected.
Then i changeed to 10.08, and there is no 'save' button in mobile mode.
Android, firefox and crome - no difference.
IOS, safari, same problem.
Worked before upgrade.

What to do?

The reason was . jQuery Mobile support has been deprecated.
This webserver started it's life quite some versions back.
Anyway - after having solved the missing 'Login' on mobiles, the interface is almost invisible on mobile due to (perhaps) errors in version 10.08.

seems like two bugs here;
a) possibly a missing resource if support for jQuery mobile is turned on. I'll check into that. It has been deprecated, but should still function if you turn it on.
(hmm - now that you have it turned on - perhaps set webhandler back to detect and see what happens.)

b) seems to be a missing setting, or some errant CSS which is making the desktop site small. I'll look into that too.
