FWIW I saw that in 10.07 as well.

I recall to be a set:variable in 10.06
Nevertheless its working ok using the Server Settings value

If you add the Runtime Settings control template then the setting in the template will be blank.
This is because the template field has a picture (@t1) and the "text" (set:Sessiontimeout) won't display there.

The runtime setting does apply though.
