Title: cannot Install app as a Service in Windows 10, but can in XP

Hi Bruce,
I need some help please, I cannot load a netTalk app as a service into Windows 10
However, I can create a service for the same app in Windows XP
I am installing, running and then while open,  selecting "Install and Start as a service"

I have the SelfService controls on the WebServer window

Sorted on Windows 10
Right Click EXE and select  log in as Adminstrator
Install Services
Works

UAC sometimes is a pain in those cases  ;D
