Title: NT 9A3 DisconnectedDesktop example is missing Dictionary

Hi Bruce,
The NT9  Apps Alpha 3 install does install the DisconnectedDesktop example, except the modified invoice.dct dictionary is not included. Thus the app does not load into clarion. Please upload/email/skype the dictionary file to me.

Thanks rob, fixed for the next build.
I've also attached it to this note.

Note that in this example, the dict is shared between the server and desktop program so I've got it in the \DisconnectedDesktop folder.

They don't _have_ to share the dict but for most disconnected desktop situations it would seem to be sensible to do it that way.
