Title: Checkbox tooltip bug

Bruce, when you have a checkbox field on a form and have a tooltip specified, the tooltip will display if you have NOT ticked the Use JQuery Button option on the Checkbox tab, but if you HAVE ticked the Use JQuery Button option, the tooltip will NOT display.
