Title: Report Progress Bar Download Link - Broken

Hi Bruce:
  I am using NetTalk version 8.27 and Clarion Version 9.1.11242. Using the example Web72 Progress(72) i generate the report and i see the link, but when i click to download the document, the link disappear and do not show any document.
  Something similar happen in NetTalk version 7.08

Hey Bruce,

I'm just wondering whether this fix was in the templates or in the scripts/styles etc?

Reason is - It looks like most of my users can't see the progress bar (haven't confirmed it's all of them, but definitely across offices the problem persists).

I definitely can.

Asked one of the users to do a force refresh (CTRL F5). That didn't seem to solve the issue.

Because it's working for me and not for others, makes me wonder whether it's a browser-side issue (like scripts).

I don't _think_ it was a Scripts fix Stu - I seem to recall the fix was in netweb.clw, but I'm not 100% sure.
