Title: Time Formated Entry Field On Form - Broken

It appears that the time formatting is broken.  I tested with Example app: TimeFields(35) and the "format set in dict" resets to 0:00 on field exit.

In my app, if I enter 1:35pm, then 135 is what is in my variable.

Hi David,

thanks for the report - I've fixed this for build PR18.

In the meantime, if you need a work-around, turn _off_ "validate immediately" for the field.
I think that'll take care of it.
