Title: Close form icon (upper right corner) the "x" is not aligned.

In 8.16 the icon to close the form, which appears in the upper right hand corner, the "X" seems not to be aligned properly. See attached clip using chrome browser.

yes, it's a side effect of the jQuery UI update in the last build. I'll be shipping updated styles with the next build. If you are using a themeroller style then you can just download th style from themeroller and you should be ok.
