Title: Login menulink suddenly inactive after upgrade to C9.1

Hi,

Upgraded fra C8 / NT8.14 to C9.1 / NT8.14  (and later to NT8.15)

Now the login link on the menu is inactive (no link being generated). 
The button is shown like other buttons but no "link-cursor" (pointed finger) is shown when hovering over the button and obviously nothing happens when clicking on it.

I have compared the settings and all are identical.

Any ideas what to look for ?

No errors reported in Firebug console ....

The NT version change info is a red herring....

Production server is built with NT8.1
Went back to C8 / NT8.15 and recompiled.  Got same behaviour with lost links.

Will make test app - hopefully later today.
