Title: Time format @t7 and @t7b not accepting input.

Hi Bruce,

Kicking the tires on NT 8.12 and ST 2.05.

A form I have working under NT 7.37 uses a time picture format of @t7b and works fine, but under 8.12 it won't accept the data I input.
