Title: WinEvent3.86 Compile errors

Hi Bruce

Upgrade to WinEvent 3.86, getting now compile errors

Unresolved External $WE::CANTCLOSENOW in gr_xclm014.obj
Unresolved External $WE::MUSTCLOSE in gr_xclm014.obj

I untick the 'Close Down Event forces close windows (ABC ONLY)' and compile correctly. What is the use now for this option in the extension? Will it have any effect on previous actions in my apps.
