maybe I'm blind.. where can I find a description of the methods and properties of the Webhandler class a.s.o. ?

I haven't written a doc yet, so you need to inspect netweb.inc and netweb.clw.
Color me lazy.

So, it is maybe covered more detailed in the NT book ?

no, there's no class reference in the book. The book is a tutorial explaining how to use features, what circumstances they come in handy, and so on. The book focuses on understanding - the product docs focus on knowledge.
