Title: Choice between popup alert or on the top of the screen

Hi,
I am lost somehow.
I cannot figure out where I can set the choice between popup or top of screen alerts.
I.e. The loc:alert

Anyone?

Form, Validation tab (for the form, not the validation tab for the fields.)
