Title: Contains Locator and Browse Filter

I have a browse that has a filter, and I want to do a contains locator.  When I do the locator it wipes out my filter.  My locator is searching across many fields.  Is there a setting somewhere to make it so it does not loose my filter?

Hi Debra,

There are a few small changes with regard to locators in later builds, and likely a few more refinements to come as well.
But first question;
what "type" of locator are you using? Position, Contains... etc?

Thanks for the reply Bruce.  I got it figured out, it was a combination of a SQL and the Locator adding the clarion filter, and then the filter was too long and it was getting cut off when sending to the backend.

All fixed now though  :D
