Title: Make error packet - Orphaned embed

Hi Bruce
I notice in the later versions of Nettalk that the MakeErrorPacket embed is now orphaned (see example web32)
Where should this code go now?

I think it's just the prototype of the method that changed (which does orphan the embed).
But there is still a MakeErrorPacket in the list - so move the code there. (thanks for the tip about the example, I'll update that.)
