Title: NT7.17 Runtime Locators not working

Hi Bruce

I use a form with a Browse on with a radio button as 'filter' and 'Locator'. If I select filter, it is working fine my filter options. When I select 'Locator' my locator option with the 'Locator' button, 'Locator Position' button and all the other locator buttons display, when I select any of the buttons, nothing happens and the locator field does not display. When I re-select the procedure from the menu, then the locator display, when I do a Search it is very slow now.

I compile Example 49 and when I run "Runtime Locator Example" it is doing the same things. Re-select "Runtime Locator Example" then the locator field display or the refresh of the buttons is activated.

fixed in 7.18
