Title: SecWin Access Screen is broken NT 7.14

Hi Bruce!

Take a look at the example SecwinRequiresC6 (51) "Set user access" menu.
I have a large app with >200 users and from time to time SecWin will stop working for some unknown reason, ie message like "Error insert record in secwin_operators increment error" or I can't login at all "Incorrect login or password" and in this case I must reload all secwin tables and access rights. It takes a lot of time. What might be the problem? Maybe I'm doing something wrong or there are some tricks?

um - ok - I have the shipping example open - what must I do next to get the error?

I've updated the example, and tweaked the code, so should be ok in 7.16
