Title: Form - Tab within a Tab

I have a form that has multiple Tabs on it.  In one of the Tabs, I need to have three "sub tabs" with different fields in each of those tabs.  I don't see a way to have tabs within a tab on a form.  Is there a way to have tabs within a tab?
