Title: Stupid problem...?
Post by: Nick on March 27, 2013, 09:17:24 AM
CW 6.3 NetwebPage Nettalk 6.51
For some reason I had to change my dictionary file.
After doing so the app will not compile without lots of errors "field not found" on all access:file.open(), .Next(), etc. etc.
Looks like the app doesn't know the file-definitions.
- I checked if it's an ABC app.
- I deleted all obj´s
- I have "generated all file-definitions" set and actually checked if files were defined.
- I can choose files in the procedures.
- I tried to generate a new app from txa
- I rebuild a new app by starting with a new app with the proper dictionary and imported the procedures from the old app.
- I even rebuild one of the NetwebPage procs from scratch.

Nothing helps the errors stay.

Probably something stupid that I missed, but what?

TIA,
Nick

Hi Nick,

How did you solve this?

Rene

P.s. No matter how "stupid" the mistake. There' always something to learn.
