Title: Radio fields do not display tooltip

I'm on NT7.06 and Win8. Radio entry fields do not display the tooltip entered. I don't know if this is a NT bug or something to do with the browser, but it doesn't work in either Firefox 18 or IE 10.

Hi Mark,

thanks - I've fixed it for 7.07.
Also I've added the ability for "option tips" so the tip can be different for the different radio options.
