Title: random error when open an update form

Hallo,
 
I have NT6.33
I have a random error when open an update form. See attached error…. I cannot track at all that error… I cannot reproduce…  :( what it could be and came from ?
I think it cannot find the unique ID… but why?
 
If anyone have some advise … or any help on this one I appreciate very much,

Check to make sure the unique key in the browse is the same as the form.

Yes it is. This is a random error... 90% of the time works ok. It should be something else...

I don't think it's random.
you just haven't figured out what the trigger is yet.
Can you duplicate in an example?
