Title: Compiling error after instaling NetTalk 6.19

Hello

I added NetTalk to my dll and after instaling version 6.19 I have compiling error.

Error is in NetSmppBase.clw (Unknow identifier UDH) - line 838

Hi Matthew,

I reported it to Bruce and apparently there was a file missing file in the 6.19 build.

Bruce is doing a re-build and will most likely have a new download available shortly.
