Title: Web folder update required error?

Hi,

The webfolder has been updated as far as I know <g>

If I test on the server itself using localhost, no problems,
If I mail a link to a client, they get the "Webfolder requires update error"

What would trigger this error, if it works on the server?
Does it compare file versions to what is in the client's cache from a previous session?

What is the whole exact text that they see? exactly?
