Title: Nettalk 5.44 with wrong Web folder

Hi Bruce,

I downloaded latest nettalk5.44 form capesoft a few times to confirm and seems that the 5.44 nettalk comes with the 5.43 Web folder (scripts marked as 5.43) and the app complains...

Mine doesn't so try the Nettalk examples and see if the same applies there.

I use web directory from libscr... tried to delete, then install nettalk and it always puts 5.43. Did the same with examples. Tested with a few and the examples 5.43...

I'm gonna do a 5.45 build to try and clear this up.
