Title: Cannot turn off tooltips

I go in to the NetSimple Button properties of the Web Server and edit the properties. I delete the tooltip, press OK and then return to the properties. Lo and behold they have come back.

Why is that? What am I missing?

the button has "strong" defaults. Set it to
''
if you want an empty tip - not "nothing"
