Hello

Is it possible to translate TinyMCE editor to other language. If yes, where I can do this?
I would like to translate context menu after right mouse click and every tips when mouse is over on element of TinyMCE menu.

Incidentally I'm having some problems getting the 5.29 build up correctly - should be up in an hour or so.
