Title: Need to contract development of a simple SOAP server using NT

I just don't have the time to figure this out.... wish I did.

I need a simple SOAP server developed.  It should be a pretty simple project.  (I think - for those that have done this already)

Of course I'm under the gun and need this in a somewhat short turn around.
