fm3 error in nettalk
« on: June 26, 2020, 10:28:00 PM »
hi friends,
i am keep on getting the attached error from time to time (at times after i made changes to the dct and other times, without changing the dct)

i have tried the following:-
a) change version
b) delete the microsoft sql table
c) import the support abc utility template
d) checked the external name

when i manually open the runtime manager and click create, then the error will not appear when i use the system.

any suggestion ?

Which build of NetTalk are you using?

that suggests it has something to do with how your tables are created. So when FM3 does not create them, who does?

cheers

hi bruce
i am using nt11.37

after i delete the sql table , i open the runtime manager to create the file and then i open the table via clarion.
thus fm3 creates it. However, subsequently fm3 making another duplicated effort to create again the same database. thus, it is giving this error.

is it something to do with upg.tps?

no.

your best bet is to email support directly as I don't do FM3 support, especially SQL Fm3 support.
