Hello,

We have generated a report in PDF format and it is automatically opened. We are using the Report to PDF template.

Is it possible to send the generated PDF document as an attachment to the email client instead of viewing after generating it ?

If so, can we also send some additional text and a subject ?

Hello,

I have 2 dropdowns. The second dropdown has a filter on the value chosen by the first dropdown. I want to open/drop the second dropdown automatically when a new value has been chosen by the first dropdown. Is there any way to achieve this ?

We do have several servers running at service providers. We want to write a small program to see if these servers are still alive. Could anybody give a clue how to do that ?

All the servers are only listening on port 443.

Web Server - Ask For Help / Strange Behaviour

Hello,

I am having a problem with nettalk 4.31 PR 28. When showing an updateform, an error sometimes appears. It looks like it is random, there is no way to reproduce it, except clicking on a link for an update form several times. I have enclosed a doc where the error is shown. It is not a very usefull error message, but I hope that someone recognise it.

Web Server - Ask For Help / Drop Down Issue

Hello,

I am using now 4.31 PR 28 and when selecting a dropdown item (with mouse or keyboard) it automatically jumps to the next control. This wasn't the case with 4.30. As far as I can see, there is now an onchange added in the code. How can I disable this behaviour or what must I do to prevent this?

Web Server - Ask For Help / Force an user to use save or cancel.

Hello,

I am using the XP style menu's. As soon as an user click on an item on the menu I want to make all the other menu and/or menu-items read-only/unable to click. This is wanted to force the user to select save or cancel on the form before clicking on another menu-item. Any help is appreciated. FYI, I am using frames.

Web Server - Ask For Help / Search Function with 2 Child Browses

Hello,

I do have a form with a Address childbrowse. On that form is also a Person browse which is a child from the Address Childbrowse. On the top of form there is a string where the customer can enter a searchname.

When a search string is entered the Address browse is filtered ok, but the Person browse isn't. It still has the value of the Address selection earlier. It looks like the Person browse isn't refreshed/filtered correctly or triggered to refresh.

When selecting the record in the Address browse, the Person browse is shown correclty.

Can anybody help with this ?

I do have a browse on a form. Above the browse I have 5 fields where the customer can enter search data. I have also defined a button which must be hit to start the search. How do I refresh the browse on the form which match the search criteria ?

I have one form with multiple tabs. I have put the same tablefield on multiple tabs and I do get errors when compiling. Is there a way to achieve this ?
