More EIP NT Browse issues

Further to-
the Browse Insert Previous Next Last and Insert Buttons, are now floating but immovable over he data records
in the bottom third of the browse window.
Obviously a layout issue but I cannot find or reverse the setting I may have made.

Help for both posts would be much appreciated.
