That doesn't sound like it's being served by a NetTalk server.
Feel free to email me the URL so I can look.

Thanks Bruce,
Further to,
this morning I was able to get a certificate,
but on trying to run the page from https://top10.timepeace.co.nz on Chrome, Firefox and CCleanerbrowsers
I get an error window-

Secure Connection Failed
Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithims
Error Code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

I have absolutely no idea how to resolve this and hope you can help....

FYI, the public IP is 44.204.90.170
all Inbound rules Source is 0.0.0.0/0
The subdomain  is not redirected
and the Zone editor  for top10 points to 44.204.90.170
The page opens OK from http://44.204.90.170:8095

Thank you
Cheers
Richard

First thing to do is run debugview++ on the server machine, and then run the server exe.
That will tell you if there's a problem loading the certificate files.
