Title: Certificate error

i have this error when the certificate is create but don't how to resolve the problem

The requested connection to acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org could not be opened. The Open command timed out or failed to connect

It may be a temporary issue, but if not then try the link from a browser on a machine.
The outgoing web client connection may be blocked by a firewall, or possible a proxy may be in play.
Using a browser is the first test.
Using the NetDemo app, Webclient procedure is the second test.
