Title: ViewOnly left some fields enabled

Hi, In the first image you can see one form with ViewOnly, all fields are ok, disables.
In the second image there are some fields that are still enabled.
Any idea of why?
Anything I can check?

absolutely. look in the code, see where, and how, the HTML is generated and work backwards from there.
Alternatively make a small example that duplicates the effect (I'm guessing it's related to the form field type) and send that to me.
