In browser and small screen  the header now had its own row ??

the right justify  should also be turned off by default in a small screen

looks like the header (which should be hidden via CSS in small-screen mode) is not being hidden.
I'll see if I can duplicate. In the meantime inspect the css and see if you can see why it's not being hidden.. Or put the page online so I can see the css from here.
