Title: Wizard: Navigate buttons stopped working in app

Hi Guys,

My Navigate (Back & Next) buttons of NWB (wizard) stopped working.  This is for all forms, not just one.
The rest, Insert, Save, Cancel, etc all is working fine.

If I change the form to "Tab" view, all is working ok.

I've tried reverting back on my latest app changes to find the point at which functionality broke, but no success ...

Any ideas will be appreciated,

an example is necessary to answer your question - either an app I can compile here, or put the page online.
