Title: Clarion 9.1 startup error with NT application

I have just installed Clarion9.1 PE -  Build 11129 Pre-Release.

After registering and starting Clarion - Opening a NT application gave the error in the attached PNG.

The last line of that error is: GEN: Registry item NetTalk NetWebForm no longer exists.

Has anyone seen this before - what to do?
