Title: NTWS 7 : Menu with more than one level

Hi Bruce,

When I create a menu with more than one level, e.g.

1
2
   2.1
      2.1.1
      2.1.2
      2.1.3
   3.1
      3.1.1
      3.1.2

For the first level (2) I can switch the option "Menu starts open" on or off.
For the deeper levels, e.g.  (2.1 and 3.1) I cannot do this. I.e. in the template setting.
Is there a workaround for this?

it was added as a feature either late in the 7 cycle, or early in the 8 cycle.
Make sure you're on the latest NT7 build.
