Title: popups stopped working

my popups stopped working in chrome and safari 7.18

Hi Bruce,
     Yes you are right the problem was to do with the settings in the charset: and store data as: . please what is the right settings, as now that i have changed it to charset: 'ISO-8859-1' and store data as: 'utf-8' i just get  everywhere on the pages that does display html

the correct charset is
'utf-8'

the correct store-as depends a bit on what else you are doing with the data. In practice you will almost always "Store as Spanish" I guess. (or whatever the "local" language might be.)
