Title: "Are You Sure" message box

I want to pop up a message box with a YES and a NO button to get user response before processing continues. Is there an easy way of doing this or do I need to create a popup "Form"?

context is the key here. As in what "processing" are you doing? more importantly, how did the user initiate the processing? I'm guessing though you probably want a memory form.
