Title: strange problem with form

in my NTWS app working till today all was almost ok
but today when i try to enter data into entry field tekst like :
UL. ZŁOTORYJSKA 105/6
next press tab to swit to other entry field then in editied field value is replaced into :

UL.%20Z%u0141OTORYJSKA%20105/6
WHATS WRONG ?

What build of NetTalk are you using?

newest beta5v13
but for v11 i get the same effect
