Title: Disappearing date field value on change

Nettalk 4.46 Clarion 6.3 9056
Attached wmv gives the story. If I start my webbrowser, login and go to change even though there is a value in the date it is blank when I tab to the field. If I cancel and then go in again the value is there. The date field is set as type date. This only seems to happen when the browser is started, not thereafter.
The field is primed in Field priming settings are
Only if field is not already set =true
Prime for Insert = true
Prime for Copy = false
Prime for Change = true
Any suggestions?

THis also happens if I change the form to XP tabs
