Title: How to avoid this in sending an email with NT

Hi, when I send an email there are several lines that I dont want, no need to send.
Like Date...
Mime...
Content...
etc
How to avoid it?

those are all part of the SMTP header. You should not see them, nor care about them.

But I DO see them, the image is from a received email.
